Cancellation Policy

At The Wax Room, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but to keep our diary running smoothly and fairly for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy:

Notice Periods & Charges

72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the booked service.

Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Failure to pay any outstanding cancellation fees will result in an inability to rebook future appointments.

New Client Bookings

All new clients are required to pay 50% of the service cost upfront to secure their appointment. This acts as a booking fee and will be deducted from the total at your visit. Please contact us for our bank details to make payment. 

Patch Testing Requirements

For the safety and wellbeing of all clients, a patch test is required for all lash and brow treatments.

Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment.

If you fail to attend your patch test, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled, and cancellation charges may apply in line with our policy.

Patch tests are mandatory for all new clients and may also be required for existing clients if enough time has passed since their last treatment or if any medical changes have occurred.

Understanding & Fairness

We completely appreciate that unexpected situations can arise, and we will always take genuine circumstances into consideration. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows disrupt availability for other clients.
For this reason, repeat offenders may be unable to make further bookings at The Wax Room.
